NLFC Mission and Vision Statements

A mission statement is a definition of the key ministry objectives of a church.  It is, therefore, a broad, general statement about whom the church wants to reach and what the church hopes to accomplish.

A vision statement is a clarification of the specific direction and activities the church will pursue toward fulfilling its divine destiny, not only in the community God has established it, but also anywhere else in the world that God directs.

 N. L F. C. is a ministry to the entire family.  God has called N. L F. C.. to be neither traditional, or denominational, or independent or isolated from the rest of the body of Christ.  N. L F. C. is called to be a New Testament church under the headship of the Lord Jesus Christ, to be trans-denominational, ignoring all man-made fences, that it may reach out in a loving, understanding and compassionate way to all mankind.

Mission Statement

Vision Statement 

¨      To provide training for believers to become deeply and intimately acquainted with God, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person, through the preaching and teaching of His Word and prayer.

 ¨      To facilitate the believers’ growth in the wisdom and knowledge of God that they might become prosperous and successful in life, enabling them to be strong, positive witnesses within their individual spheres of influence.

 ¨      To help Christian families grow in the wisdom and knowledge of God that they might be strong, positive witnesses and influences in their homes and communities.

 ¨      To reach out to the lost and needy of Niagara region and beyond with the love and power of God through missions and evangelistic outreaches.

 ¨      To convert believers from religion and tradition to the Word of God.

 ¨      To build up, train and equip the body of Christ for ministry, through the teaching of the uncompromised Word of God.
